I recorded the seattle show of AF/X..X were amazing and great guys, sick yo finally see em live. I just have 2 78 X Live shows and a 79 show,along w/ a couple of Victims shows (another forgotten aus punk band from that era)including one where they were opening for X (so i have both sets from same nite 78). We’ll A-Frames were great in Seattle but X kinda outshined them.A yr before this show A frames did there first show in Seattle for Years, That show was insane, but they were headlining so they played more,n a sick mix. Be4 A-Frames said goodbye to the world they did these shows which meant they were breaking out the oldies they never or rarely played which was cool.N to hear “I Wanna Wear Black” (the them cover they do) live was a suprise..Erin like 6 years ago gave me a 90 min tape w/ 2 songs he 4 tracked n did all the instruments/vox too,one was a never played/released song..Under my skin i think it was called,shredding fast punk,real mean,woulda been great live, n then the other track was the them cover.

John n Rob killing it again!!!But i still luv me sum Butcher Cover!!They ever coming out of Hibernation..I got a Stork Club show on MD from BC when AC Way opened up n slicing grandpa headlined..I also have BC’s 7″ n LP..Plus i got to play in Slicing Grandpa a handfull of times Kev.The Samhain Cover show was a blast for last years halloween,or was it 2 years now…who know’s time fly’s

Hey Kevin its Jim (yes jim the bootlegger,i always hated that title), anyways i can’t believe how much time flies.Me n Jon Laux been playing our duo Deth Sike. I got us on Norcal Noisefest,I played solo, n in LA’s collective +DOG+ again. I been off that bs that i was on during my b-day at the Avengers show n our last Trash Rehearsal which was fun.I been doing noise/exp n do electronics over some projects like Power Skeleton, Instagon (u can hear my bent up electronics on trax 1-3 from Instagon’s Pink Eye CD release on Placenta Recordings),etc. Except for almost dying n almost had my right arm amputated (thankfull it didn’t happen but i’m in pain 24-7 now).I been clean 3+ years now..Off the junk pebbles…I got that 50 i owe u, n when jon gave me this link 2 hear his raw nite stuff i couldn’t believe it was you..I still record a lot n throw shows in Seattle.I play a lot of shows outta town.Just played the comet monday (Noise at the Comet, crazy huh),n last week did Eugene Noisefest,n a month a go played Norcal NF in Sacramento again.Anyways it brought back a lot hearing those Pshapes stuff u thru up here. I recorded almost every show u guys did..I only recorded 2 or 3 shows when u were gone.It was too bad they never had that beserk drumming style u had. I actually jus found n listened to Our Track Isn’t It Peaceful Suffering..Not bad for Improv!!!Just thought i’d say whats up, n those good old days were a blast..Remember stumbling around the SF nite when Zeigenbok Kopf last show got shut down by cops,club hell???hahaha,those were the days.I Also have vid/audio of negative trend,X (aus) they killed it in seattle, animals & men, AFCGT, Evening Meetings (pyramids-love tan/min/erin a frame),Urinals,Lydia Lunch,Germs,etc etc…

PS Sounds like u still got my recordings??U no there’s still no1 that officially records a lot of sets up here.Hound Dog Taylors Hand played a sick one time show,jeffery(climax golden twins/AFCGT rip),Min, and the drummer from Walrus Machine on skins was amazing.Luckily i was there, oh n Tit Pig played after them n knocked sum fool out n the ambulance/EMT guys came trying to get him up while they still played.
